Its behavior-change platform, silv=r™, helps small business owners build profitable, sustainable companies through technology, data, and accountability. The silv=r™ methodology has supported more than 17,000 small business owners across 80 countries, enabling financial stability and growth regardless of background or geography

With more than a decade of experience spanning UX design, product strategy, and AI-driven behavior design, Jason leads the ongoing evolution of the silv=r™platform in a rapidly changing digital society. His work focuses on combining design, behavioral science, and data to create systems that help small business owners take consistent, structured action toward their goals.

Before joining Silver Lining, Jason owned a concert production company in Canada and later worked on scaling fintech and commerce products, including the launch of a budgeting tool and a digital bank for youth sports teams across North America. These experiences shaped his human-centered approach to product development—building technology that is accessible, intuitive, and designed to make complexity simple.
