Boitumelo Felicity Ntsosa is the Founder and Managing Director of Destiny Creek Pty Ltd. Destiny Creek is a 100% citizen-owned, Botswana-based company operating in FMCG manufacturing, leadership, and change management consultancy. Boitumelo has over 12 years of experience in change management within the mining industry and 15 years in accounting.

She graduated with a diploma in management accounting from Botswana Accountancy College, and a a Master of Science in leadership and change management from Leeds Beckett University. She also has a doctorate in business administration at the European Global Institute of Innovation.
