Natifa Alexander Romero , Founder of Caribé Fashion Specialist (CFS)

Natifa Alexander Romero is the founder of Caribé Fashion Specialist (CFS), a multifaceted fashion enterprise that has played a key role in the development of Trinidad and Tobago’s modelling and fashion ecosystem. Established initially as a modelling agency, CFS later expanded to include a training school as well as fashion event planning and consultancy services, with a strong focus on professional standards and sustainable career pathways.

Through CFS, Natifa has worked extensively to professionalise the local modelling industry by providing structured training, career guidance, and industry-ready opportunities for aspiring models and fashion professionals.

In 2017, building on her industry experience, she launched the Modelling Association of Trinidad and Tobago, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to developing the local modelling industry through projects and programmes that strengthen infrastructure, education, and access to opportunities.

Natifa began her career in the fashion industry at the age of 17 with Caribbean Models Modelling Agency, where she gained her first professional exposure as a model. She later established TriniBeauties Modelling Agency, which evolved into Caribé Fashion Specialist.
