Fraser Gault is a leadership consultant with nearly 30 years of combined armed-forces, corporate, and organisational-development experience. After holding senior roles at IBM, Lenovo, and Swiss Re, he founded Gault Consulting, where he leads practical, people-centred leadership and culture-development programs for organisations around the world.
