Cloud Modernization for Growing SMEs Jayati Singh, chief marketing officer at Tally Solutions, said fragmented digital systems continue to hold small businesses back. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are increasingly looking for integrated platforms that are trusted, affordable, and scalable, allowing them to manage accounting, banking, payments, and inventory in one place, Singh explained. She added that cloud access has become foundational rather than optional for SMEs navigating growth and compliance demands. Infrastructure Built for Scale and Automation TallyPrimeCloud’s integration with OCI Compute and OCI Kubernetes Engine has improved automation and scalability, while enabling high-performance data management. According to the company, the shift supports greater system reliability and flexibility while lowering long-term infrastructure costs. Tally views the migration as a foundation for a new phase of innovation, enabled by modernised infrastructure and more efficient cloud economics. A Measured Approach to AI Adoption Artificial intelligence is also being embedded into Tally’s broader product and operations strategy, with a human-in-the-loop approach designed to preserve trust and accuracy. The company is exploring AI to improve employee productivity and software development efficiency, with the aim of reducing long-term maintenance costs.
