Dr. Pearl L. Harmonis the CEO of Aging Care Navigators and Leading & Learning Solutions, where she supports leaders and organizations navigating caregiving, workforce strain, and leadership sustainability.

A leadership consultant and certified caregiver coach, she brings nearly 30 years of experience across education leadership, district operations, and human resources. Her career includes roles as principal, principal supervisor, and HR Director of Operations and Staffing in one of the largest school districts in the United States, where she guided leaders through complex workforce, performance, and organizational challenges.

Her leadership development background includes recognition as an Emerging Leader by the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, certification through the National Institute for School Leaders, and participation in national principal certification pilots. She holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction, and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education.

She is a Medical Coaching Institute–certified Caregiver Coach, a Certified Grief Life Coach, and a Gallup-trained strengths coach. An award-winning author and speaker, her work centers on helping leaders align systems, expectations, and people so work remains sustainable, humane, and effective.
