Aneka Winstead is the Founder and CEO of WATT Business Solutions, a boutique tax and accounting firm that helps entrepreneurs build profitable, well-structured businesses. Drawing on experience at the Maryland State Comptroller’s Office and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, she combines public-sector rigor with practical strategy to support small business owners, freelancers, and creatives.

Aneka specializes in helping founders understand their numbers, implement smarter systems, and make tax decisions that drive long-term growth. She has led financial education workshops for community organizations and business accelerators, and serves as an adjunct professor at Morgan State University, teaching accounting and federal taxation.

Beyond her professional work, Aneka writes and speaks on leadership, legacy, and raising financially confident boys. As a mother of three entrepreneurial sons, she intentionally models ownership, structure, and strategy at home, reflecting the same principles she applies in business.
