Juan Pablo Rivadeneira, Senior Manager of LATAM Growth at Silver Lining

Juan Pablo Rivadeneira Jijón is the Senior Manager, LATAM & Caribbean Growth at Silver Lining. An Economist with a Mention in Business Management from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) in Ecuador, Juan has dedicated his career to designing systems for economic development and justice.

Before joining Silver Lining, he served in key roles at Fundación Río Olón, the Central Bank of Ecuador, and Ecuador’s Secretariat of Risk Management. His expertise in economics and small business has been featured by Telemundo and Innposibles, and his analytical work, “Reactions of the commercial flow to relevant political events,” explored trade dynamics between Ecuador and the United States from 2005 to 2011.
