Sashanee Stone is a customer engagement strategist and systems thinker specializing in driving behavior change, retention, and growth at scale. She is the Director of Strategic Engagement at Silver Lining, where she leads how the organization communicates and engages across its global ecosystem of team members, advisors, partners, and small business owners.

With more than 20 years of experience across customer experience, operations, and team development, Sashanee has built and led global engagement systems supporting over 18,000 small business owners across 50+ countries. Her work is grounded in a clear belief: businesses don’t grow from information alone—they grow from consistent, intentionally designed action.

At Silver Lining, she oversees the strategy and execution of more than 200 events annually, designing structured communication and engagement frameworks that drive participation, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
