Chris Matagaro, Senior Manager of Africa Growth for Silver Lining

Chris Matagaro is the Senior Manager of Africa Growth at Silver Lining, where he leads partnerships and initiatives focused on driving small business success and economic justice across the continent. Since joining the organization in 2021, he has played a key role in expanding access to structured, behavior-driven business support for entrepreneurs.

Chris began his journey at Silver Lining as a silv=r™ expert, working directly with small business owners and gaining deep, practical insight into the methodology. He progressed through roles as Senior silv=r™ expert and silv=r™ Success Manager, where he led a team and strengthened delivery systems, before stepping into his current leadership position.

He currently leads weekly silv=r™ Start Sessions, introducing entrepreneurs to the tools, systems, and mindset needed to build profitable and sustainable businesses. His leadership is grounded in empathy, clarity, and hands-on experience, ensuring that each business owner is supported to take consistent, meaningful action.
