Brittany Washington is the founder and CEO of My Beautiful Fluff, a body-positive lifestyle brand and community that celebrates plus-size women and women with natural hair through apparel, journals, accessories, events, and self-love resources. She launched the company after struggling to find clothing that reflected and represented her own experience, turning that gap in the market into a mission-driven business focused on confidence, representation, and self-acceptance.

With a degree in Business Management and experience in corporate leadership, Brittany has grown My Beautiful Fluff from a single t-shirt concept into a national brand and community.
