Francine Mbvoumbo, Founder of Mothers to Daughters

Francine Mbvoumbo is a strategic partnerships advisor, global convener, and the founder of Mothers to Daughters (M2D) — an intergenerational economic movement registered in Canada and recognized as a U.S. 501(c)(3), with a long-term vision of supporting 100,000 women entrepreneurs by 2035. Born in Cameroon and shaped by Canada, she has built her advisory practice at the intersection of capital, culture, technology, and women’s leadership — with a presence spanning the United Nations General Assembly, Semafor World Economy, the World Bank/IMF meetings, NY Tech Week, and Harvard Business School.

Before founding M2D and Mbvoumbo Global Strategy, Francine spent a decade in institutional finance — managing over 200 ultra-high-net-worth household relationships at RBC Wealth Management and overseeing investor communications for more than 650 public companies at Broadridge Financial Solutions. That foundation in finance, paired with her work as a Global Peace Ambassador representing Canada and a UN Women/CSW69 delegate, gives her a rare fluency across boardrooms, diplomatic spaces, and community rooms alike.

Named one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch, Francine is recognized for her ability to connect people, capital, and culture across generations and industries — designing what she calls the architecture behind every powerful room. Through M2D’s signature programming and her advisory work, she is building systems that ensure women don’t just have a seat at the table, but the tools and networks to shape what happens there.
