Piyasha Mahanta is a silv=r™ Success Manager at Silver Lining, where she has spent nearly five years supporting small business owners from around the world to navigate growth, build momentum, and achieve meaningful results. Her career spans nearly two decades and includes tenures at global organizations including Citibank and IBM — experience she brings to every client relationship with a sharp eye for strategy and a people-first approach.

Her foundation in international business runs deep. Selected as one of only 19 students for a competitive two-year Master’s program, Piyasha studied and lived across Mumbai, Hungary, and Paris — an experience that shaped her cross-cultural fluency and her belief that understanding people is at the heart of every successful business relationship. She has since added professional certifications in sales, negotiation, customer support, and relationship management, and has been recognized multiple times throughout her career for outstanding service and client results.
