Zahra Henry, Founder of ZLH Careers®

Zahra Leigh Henry is a Jamaican, multilingual strategic management and development professional and Founder of ZLH Careers®, an international consulting practice based in the Caribbean. She advises small businesses, NGOs and public agencies on strategic planning, organizational growth, program development, partnerships and funding readiness. Drawing on more than a decade of experience across business, public policy and social development contexts, including the Caribbean creative economy, Zahra brings a cross-cultural perspective to questions of business ownership, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Her work and writing explore how people, organizations and ecosystems can better connect strategy, opportunity and resources.

Zahra holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies from McGill University and a Master’s degree in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), with additional postgraduate certification and training in project management and strategic leadership.
