Jay Cziraky is a serial business owner, impact investor, and the founder of two interconnected ventures built around a single conviction: that sustainable capital — profit that circulates rather than extracts — is the most powerful tool for building resilient communities. Born in Canada and rooted in a family legacy dating back to 13th-century Hungary, Jay spent over 25 years working across conflict zones and developing economies in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa — witnessing firsthand how well-meaning interventions collapse the moment funding dries up.
