Francesca Zimmer-Santos, Co-founder of TryLocalPH

Francesca Zimmer-Santos is also Co-founder of TryLocalPH, a platform supporting and promoting Filipino businesses and local enterprises, and Managing Director of Shenanigans, an experiential concierge and estate-management business. She has led and developed initiatives across education, grassroots sports, early childhood development, sustainable livelihoods, wellness, and community empowerment, and is particularly passionate about creating sustainable ecosystems where businesses, nonprofits, communities, and individuals can collaborate to generate lasting social impact. Her professional development includes ongoing training in energy medicine, wellness, personal development, and holistic approaches to human potential, and she brings together strategic thinking, relationship-building, creativity, and hands-on execution, grounded in the belief that successful organizations should create both economic and social value.

Zimmer-Santos is also a social impact and hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience building businesses, developing communities, and creating meaningful experiences. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Monfort Foundation, Inc. (MFI), a PCNC-accredited nonprofit organization focused on holistic human development, education, health and well-being, sports, and community resilience. Under her leadership, MFI has strengthened its programs, partnerships, fundraising systems, and organizational positioning, while developing strategic collaborations with corporations, foundations, government agencies, and community organizations. Her work spans nonprofit leadership, business development, strategic partnerships, communications, fundraising, experiential hospitality, and business ownership.
