Amanda Lewis, Founder of Phoenix Transformations Career Counselling (PTCC)

Amanda Lewis is a Trinidad and Tobago-based small business owner, career development professional, trainer, facilitator, and speaker, and the founder of Phoenix Transformations Career Counselling (PTCC), established in June 2016. With a background spanning career development, recruitment, adult education, higher education, and professional training, she has spent more than 15 years helping individuals build confidence, communicate their value, and navigate career transitions. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology from The University of the West Indies, and is a SHRM-certified professional committed to continued development in the human resources profession.

Through PTCC, Amanda has supported professionals with resume development, interview preparation, and career strategy, earning client referrals that have led to work with senior-level professionals and corporations. Her experience also includes developing bespoke programs for organizations, facilitating workshops, delivering career development presentations, and lecturing in higher education.
