Yonela Guqaza, Founder of Nhella’s Chillies

Yonela Guqaza is a small business owner, medical technician, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) consultant with experience in healthcare, quality management, and business development. She is the founder of Nhella’s Chillies, a homemade chili brand born from her lifelong passion for cooking and bold, flavorful food. She is also the Founder and CEO of Yolopath Laboratory and co-owner of YoloTQM Consultants, a 100% Black female-owned quality management consultancy.

As a small business owner building businesses across different industries, she is passionate about continuous learning, quality, customer experience, and turning ideas into sustainable businesses. She is currently participating in a business development program at Silver Lining, where she is further developing Nhella’s Chillies and strengthening the brand for future growth.
