Tracy Lewis is the Managing Principal of Lewis & Associates LLC, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and communities connect purpose to impact. With more than 18 years of experience in community and economic development, Lewis works at the intersection of small-business ecosystems, strategic planning, resource development, technical assistance, community engagement, and project management.

Her work has included supporting small businesses, nonprofits, economic development organizations, and community institutions as they navigate growth, opportunity, and organizational capacity. She has a particular interest in how the systems designed to support small business owners actually function in practice — and whether those systems are producing the outcomes they were created to achieve.

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration with a certificate in Community Development from Wayne State University. Through Lewis & Associates, she has worked across sectors to strengthen organizational capacity, connect resources to opportunity, and help translate strategy into measurable action.
