In this role, Harris leads programs that unlock access to capital, networks, and knowledge for under-resourced small businesses.

At Wells Fargo, the mission of the Small Business Growth team is to advance economic mobility for entrepreneurs, stimulating job creation and creating thriving communities. Kimelyn collaborates with leaders across the company to drive social impact while also building and strengthening partnerships with key organizations, institutions, and community advocates who are focused on creating impactful and sustainable change.

Before joining the team at Wells Fargo, Kimelyn spent more than two decades in leadership roles at Bank of America.
