Jenn Trepeck is known as a”force of nature” in the wellness space. She is a health and lifestyle coach, podcaster, and business consultant. Her recognition includes being featured in Podcast Magazine’s 40 under 40 and nominations for the 2022 International Women’s Podcast Award (Visionary Leadership) and the 2025 Ear Worthy Best Independent Podcast. Jenn won Ear Worthy’s 2024 and 2025 Best Health Podcast award and Women Who Podcast’s Stellar Interview 2025.

Jenn launched the Salad with a Side of Fries podcast to help pay it forward and reach a larger audience to teach nutrition facts we are all supposed to know, but no one ever told us. In addition to coaching clients individually and in small groups, Jenn implements revenue-generating wellness programs in doctors’ offices, salons, and spas to expand her impact further and help change the state of healthcare.
