Omar Farahat is the Senior Manager, MENA & Asia Growth at Silver Lining, where he leads regional growth initiatives focused on helping small business owners build profitable, sustainable companies through structured behavior change and strategic execution.

Since joining Silver Lining in 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Omar has led the American Small Business Growth Program, supporting more than 2,000 small businesses through strategic planning, behavioral transformation, and long-term growth using Silver Lining’s behavior-change platform, silv=r™. His leadership bridges strategy and execution, with a focus on clear targets, consistent follow-through, and measurable impact for entrepreneurs navigating complex and evolving markets.

Today, he applies that philosophy to mentoring small business owners, building strategic partnerships, and guiding entrepreneurs toward meaningful, sustainable progress. His work is rooted in helping people see what is possible—and equipping them with the tools, rhythm, and accountability to make it real with clarity, courage, and consistency.
