Rosa Benavides is the founder of Speak Up Mujer, a coaching and professional development platform dedicated to helping Latina and first-generation professionals build confidence, find their voice, and lead with clarity and purpose.

With more than 20 years of professional experience and a career rooted in public service, Rosa currently serves in a senior leadership role within the City of Los Angeles, where she oversees administrative and financial operations for large-scale public programs.

Through Speak Up Mujer, she provides coaching, workshops, and cohort-based programs focused on communication, leadership development, and mindset transformation. Her work centers on helping women break free from limiting beliefs, build self-trust, and step into opportunities with confidence and intention.
